Super easy Happy Apple Chia Porridge

3 cups of almond milk (or your favorite)

2 apples

3 Medjool Dates Puro Sumo

1 tsp of Cinnamon

pinch of Cardamom Puro Sumo

a pinch of Raw Vanilla Puro Sumo

Add 1 tbls of MucunaPuro Sumo (the magic ingredient) and blend well. Add 1/2 c of Chia and pulse a couple of times just to mix. Store in a glass jar with a lid minimum 4 hours. When ready to serve, you can warm in a dehydrator or very lightly on a stovetop. Decorate with seasonal fruit and raw hazelnuts Puro Sumo .
